This study examines the conceptual analysis and practice of Islamic law, particularly in the context of its application in Islamic financial institutions. The background of this research highlights the significant role that Islamic law plays in regulating various economic transactions, including aspects of guarantees and justice. The study aims to evaluate the extent to which the concepts of Islamic law can be applied in practice, identify challenges in its implementation, and formulate strategies to optimize the application of Islamic law in economic transactions. The findings show that the concepts of Islamic law are effective in building trust and ensuring compliance with Sharia principles. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as limited understanding among the public and the need for more comprehensive regulatory development. The research recommends strengthening the understanding of Islamic law through public education, enhancing the capacity of Islamic financial institutions, and fostering collaboration between regulators and industry players to ensure the optimal application of Sharia economic principles.
