This study aims to determine and explain the influence of discipline, leadership style, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Bedali village administration, Ngancar district, Kediri regency, East Java. It is a quantitative study using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature review, documentation, and questionnaires. The sample selection was carried out using the non-probabilistic sampling method with the random sampling technique. The sample size of this study was 29 respondents who work as employees of the Bedali village administration. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 for Windows.
The results of the study show that the variables of discipline, leadership style, and work environment have a partial and positive influence on the performance of employees of the Bedali municipal administration. At the same time, the variables of discipline, leadership style, and work environment have a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Bedali municipal administration, Kecamatan Ngancar, Kabupaten Kediri. The variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance according to the partial test (t) is the working environment variable. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.687 means that the variables of discipline, leadership style, and working environment together contribute 68% to performance.
