Abstract

Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta which uses the website as a means to provide information about dormitories for students. On the website there is information about Ma'had's profile, Ma'had's location and a dormitory registration form. This information greatly influences user satisfaction both in terms of benefits and others. Based on the results of observations and interviews, there are problems related to quality, namely the website's performance is slow, and the information presented on the website is not up to date and detailed. The Ma'had Al-Jami'ah website needs to be evaluated to measure and improve service quality using the WebQual 4.0 and Gtmetrix methods. The aim of this research is to analyze the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah website using the WebQual 4.0 method based on end user perceptions and test the website's performance using GTmetrix. The population in this study are local students who live in dormitories in 2022-2023 with a sample of 125 respondents. The results of data analysis using WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis show that there are two attributes that are the main priority in making improvements, namely the US8 website does not provide a positive experience, the SQ1 website does not have a good reputation, then there are three attributes that are low priority, the US6 design is not suitable, US3 the website is not easy to navigate. Meanwhile, using the GTmetrix method, we get grade E results, which means the website still hasn't found good results. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for the Administrative Staff of the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah website so that they can improve the quality and performance of the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah website.
